To maintain a healthy body we need to make sure we are getting the necessary vitamins and minerals it needs to function properly. The reason why fruits grow on trees and vegetables grow out of the ground is because this earth was designed to supply we, humans with a food source. I don’t know if you have noticed but when you go into a grocery store now, it seems like 80% of the food is man made.
For example, it has somehow been manufactured, packaged, and is no longer a fresh food. So, it’s a good thing that there are vitamins and minerals that have been created in a supplement form, whether that be in capsule or tablet form, right? I don’t think so. I’ve heard that vitamin supplements can be difficult for the body to digest. When you take a vitamin supplement it seems like the body flushes most of it out. When I was at the health food store, I asked one of the specialists that worked there what which type of vitamin form is better for absorption and she said it was the capsule. The powder form is more easily digested and absorbs better by the body.
